Refund policy
All awards issued by The Global Trading Awards are custom engraved and produced to order.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun.
If an award arrives damaged or contains an engraving error caused by production, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Requests relating to damage or production errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
