Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days following order confirmation.


Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.


The Global Trading Awards is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or factors outside our control.


Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.


If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the award.
